This federal program allows U.S. employers to bring foreign nationals to the United States to fill temporary nonagricultural seasonal/temporary jobs. These individuals are temporary employees who supplement your permanent staff due to a short-term demand. This program requires certification with the Department of Labor and adjudication of non-immigrant petition with Department of Homeland Security/USCIS. These individuals can remain in the U.S. for 3 years working for various approved employers for no more than 9 months each.
This program allows U.S. employers to hire foreign nationals from Mexico or Canada with professional skills and education. These indidiuals can support your business for up to 3 years and may have the opportunity for unlimited extensions. This process bypasses the Department of Labor certification and Department of Homeland/USCIS adjudication and is managed by the Department of State. The roles for these individuals are either management or highly skilled.
Rather than a government labor program, L'Avant Business Solutions has developed a serivce that supports individuals currently within the United States (through legal means) who are navigating the U.S. Immigration system on a pathway to citizenship. Through job placement service, these individuals who are authorized to work in the U.S. can be referred to your organization for full-time, part-time, permanent or temporary employment. This is not a staffing support but rather a job placement referral.
Based upon your business needs and operations, we will identify a service model that aligns with your goals for success.
Each model is supported by education, training and care to ensure your business is successful.
